FFL TRANSFERS

If you purchased a firearm from outside of Florida, on-line, or need to transfer firearms to/from you, family, or friends, Acute Firearms can help. AcuteFirearms will facilitate the transfer of firearms with other Federal Firearms License holders for you. Our firearm transfer policy will have your item transferred to you in the fastest way possible. Take a few minutes to review our transfer policy and fees. We want to make your transfer as efficient as possible. If you have any questions about the transfer process, need directions, have a gun to sell, or are looking for an item, please call us at 561-774-5451. If you are having an item sent to us or if you are an FFL dealer and need a copy of our FFL please email us

You may direct the dealer shipping the firearm to this website or email address, or you may send us their contact information and we will email it to them directly. If the firearm is being sent from a non-FFL Dealer, we will need them to include a copy of their state ID or DL with no exceptions. ANY firearm being transferred from out of state must come from an FFL Dealer. We encourage you to get a tracking number for your firearm from the shipping dealer.

AcuteFirearms accepts no responsibility for tracking shipments. UPS/FedEx delivery notification does not mean that the item is ready for pickup.

We will contact you via email/call/text as soon as we have logged your item into our inventory and is ready for you to pick up.

We are usually able to log your item and contact you for pickup within a 24 hours of receipt, but this may take up to 48 hours. When you come in to pick up your firearm, you will be required to complete an ATF form 4473 and we will conduct the background check. You will need to provide state issued identification with your current address at the time the 4473 is completed. Upon successful completion of the background check and payment of transfer fees, the firearm will be transferred to you.

Transfer Policy

Customer must provide the following information before firearm is transferred to them:

A valid FL driver's license or ID card with your current and physical address on it is required for all incoming transfers.

Firearms that have not been picked up after 15 days will be subject to standard vault storage fees. ($50/day)

AcuteFirearms reserves the right to sell any transfer not picked up within 60 days after notifying customer the firearm is ready for pick up.

We are happy to accept transfers from both FFL dealers and private individuals. However, any transfer received from an individual cannot be processed without a copy of the sender's driver's license with their current and physical address on it.
