ACUTE FIREARMS RAFFLE RULES

Winner does not need to be present to win. Limit of 100 tickets available per round/drawing.

• Winner is responsible for all applicable taxes. Prize is offered “as is.” Limit of 5 tickets per person.

• The winner of any firearm must be legally eligible to possess a firearm.

• Firearms will be shipped directly to the winner’s choice of FFL dealer.

• By law, the winner must successfully complete the federally required background screening before possession will be granted.

• Firearms will only be issued to the winner of said firearm.

• Pursuant to the laws of Florida, no purchase or contribution is necessary to enter the Raffle drawing.

Prizes:

• ◦ Main Prize: A firearm, or other valuable items. 


  ◦ Secondary Prizes: Firearm courses/classes, accessories, or other items related to firearms.
